Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 11, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of MyNextLearn, including its website, student accounts, courses, videos, downloadable materials, and related services. Please read these Terms carefully before registering, purchasing a course, or using the platform.

  1. Company Information

MyNextLearn is an E-Learning platform operated by NextGen Products and Solutions Company, SPC, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman under Commercial Registration No. 1665746.

  1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing MyNextLearn, registering or using a student account, purchasing a course, making a payment, or accessing course content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our courses or services.

  1. Age Requirements

Users who have not reached the legal age may only subscribe to and use an account with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions, authorising any payment, and supervising the student’s use of the account.

  1. Student Registration and Accounts

Student accounts are created once the required registration and payment procedures have been completed. Users must provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. Login credentials must be kept confidential, and any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to us immediately.

Users must not impersonate another person or create an account using someone else’s information without permission. When reasonably necessary, we may verify a user’s telephone number, email address, identity, or enrolment details to activate, secure, or restore an account. Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.

  1. Personal Use of Accounts

Each student account is licensed to one named user for personal educational use only. Users must not share, sell, transfer, lend, or disclose their account credentials or provide another person with access to course content. Course access cannot be transferred to another person.

  1. Device and Concurrent Login Limits

A student account may be accessed from no more than ONE authorised device and may have no more than ONE active session at one time. Unusual login activity, repeated changes of device, or access from multiple locations may result in automatic logout, temporary suspension, or account verification. A student who needs to replace or change an authorised device should contact us for assistance. Approval may be subject to reasonable verification.

  1. Course Selection and Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of each course, including its subject, level, language, instructor, lessons, learning objectives, access period, and any applicable technical requirements. Course previews and descriptions are provided for general guidance. Customers are responsible for checking the course title, subject, level, instructor, language, access period, technical requirements, and other relevant details before making a payment. We may make reasonable changes to lessons or course materials when necessary to improve quality or maintain academic relevance.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All course prices will be displayed on our website or communicated directly to customers in Omani Rials (OMR). Customers will be informed of the total amount payable before confirming their purchase. At present, payments are not processed directly through our website. Customers may contact us by WhatsApp at +968 9060 3647 or by email at support@mynextlearn.comfor guidance on completing their payment securely.

We will never ask customers to provide bank account login details, debit or credit card information, PINs, one-time passwords (OTPs), or other confidential financial information. Customers must complete the transaction themselves and send us only the payment receipt or confirmation for verification. We will never request payment through an unauthorised account or payment method.

  1. Course Access Period

Access to a purchased course begins on the date the customer’s account or course is activated and remains valid for the specified period. The customer will be clearly informed of the applicable access period before purchasing the course. Access will expire automatically at the end of that period. Courses will not renew automatically unless automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and accepted by the customer in advance.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation before a course is activated and access credentials or course content are provided. Approved cancellations will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid. Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times imposed by banks or payment providers are outside our control.

Because our courses contain digital educational content, refunds are generally unavailable after a course has been activated and made accessible. A change of mind, scheduling conflict, absence, non-participation, or failure to access or complete the course does not qualify for a refund.

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate or incorrect payment was made.
  • The wrong course was activated due to an error by our platform or staff.
  • We are unable to provide the purchased course or service.
  • A significant technical defect prevents access to the course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection laws in the Sultanate of Oman.

To request a cancellation or refund, the customer must contact us and provide their full name, course name, payment receipt or transaction reference, and reason for the request.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under the applicable laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman.

  1. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party materials identified below, all original course videos, explanations, worked solutions, recordings, notes, presentations, graphics, designs, logos, website content, and other materials created by MyNextLearn are owned by or licensed to NextGen Products and Solutions Company, SPC, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Our digital courses include the past examination questions, issued by the Oman Ministry of Education. All intellectual-property rights in such materials remain with their respective owners. These materials are appropriately identified and referenced to their original sources wherever they appear. MyNextLearn does not claim ownership of such materials.

The original explanations, worked solutions, annotations, lesson recordings, and teaching materials created by MyNextLearn in connection with past examination questions remain the intellectual property of MyNextLearn or its operator, without affecting the rights of the original material owners.

Purchasing a course grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the course materials for private study during the applicable access period. It does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual-property rights to the user.

Users must not copy, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, upload, or share MyNextLearn content or third-party examination materials obtained through the platform unless expressly permitted by MyNextLearn, the relevant rights holder, or applicable law.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or another user’s account.
  • Copy, reproduce, publish, sell, or redistribute course content.
  • Record the screen, audio, or video of any lesson.
  • Download content where no download option has been provided.
  • Share account credentials, course links, or protected video links.
  • Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or security controls.
  • Attempt to bypass access restrictions or interfere with the website.
  • Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  1. Account Suspension or Termination

We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, shared an account, misused course content, provided false information, submitted false, reversed, or invalid payment evidence, or threatened the security of the platform. Suspension or termination resulting from a user’s material violation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

Where appropriate, we will contact the account holder and provide an opportunity to explain or resolve the issue. Any decision concerning continued access or refunds will be made in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

  1. Educational Disclaimer

MyNextLearn platform is an independent digital content publishing provider offering supplementary video materials for educational support. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating as a school/institute under the Ministry of Education of Oman, and does not issue any academic qualifications or certificates.

MyNextLearn courses are provided for education, revision, and examination preparation. While we aim to provide accurate and useful instruction, we do not guarantee admission, examination success, a particular grade, or any other academic result.

Student outcomes depend on several factors, including attendance, effort, independent study, prior knowledge, and examination performance. Course content is not a substitute for official instructions issued by a school, examination board, or educational authority.

  1. Platform Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to keep our services accessible and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet problems, hosting failures, cybersecurity incidents, or interruptions involving third-party services.

Users are responsible for maintaining a suitable device and reliable internet connection. If a significant technical problem under our control prevents access for an extended period, we may provide an appropriate access extension or other reasonable solution.

  1. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. This information may include names, contact details (email and phone number), account information, payment records, course activity, login information, and technical data required to operate and secure the platform.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links

MyNextLearn may use or link to third-party services, including YouTube and video-hosting providers. These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent practices or content of third-party services. However, this provision does not exclude any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through direct communication in good faith.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer it to the competent consumer-protection authority or courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
