NextGen Products and Solutions Company, SPC is responsible for determining how personal information is collected, used, protected, and retained through MyNextLearn.

- Subscription information: Selected courses or educational packages, activation dates, subscription status, number of authorised users, payment confirmation, payment amount, and transaction-reference information.
- Learning information: Enrolled courses, lessons viewed, course progress, and related learning records.
- Support information: Messages, enquiries, complaints, and communications received through email, telephone, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, login history, security logs, error reports, and essential website settings.
Where the student is under the age of 18, the information should be provided with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, administer, and protect our services.

Personal information may be provided directly by a student, parent, legal guardian, school, educational institution, or other authorised representative.
Information may be received through email, telephone, WhatsApp, registration communications, school enrolment lists, service agreements, or other approved channels.
Contact information received outside the website, such as names and telephone numbers provided through email, telephone, or WhatsApp, is maintained securely in our administrative records and is not normally entered into the website database. However, information required for account creation and service delivery—including usernames, email addresses where required, account status, course access, learning progress, login records, IP addresses, cookies, and technical security logs—may be securely processed and stored by the website or its authorised service providers.
4. Information Provided by Schools and Educational Institutions
A school or educational institution may provide MyNextLearn with limited information about its authorised students, teachers, administrators, or staff for the purpose of creating accounts, assigning courses, administering access, providing support, and preparing relevant usage or learning reports.
Schools and educational institutions are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authority, permissions, and consents to provide such information to MyNextLearn.
MyNextLearn will use institution-provided information only for the agreed educational, administrative, technical, security, and support purposes.
Where applicable, information may be processed in accordance with the agreement between MyNextLearn and the relevant school or educational institution.

7. Underage Students
MyNextLearn provides educational content that may be used by individuals under the age of 18.
Where required, account registration and the submission or processing of a minor’s personal information must take place with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, or through a school or educational institution that has the necessary authority and permissions.
A parent or legal guardian may contact us to request information about the personal data associated with their child, or to request its correction or deletion. We may require reasonable evidence of identity and guardianship before processing such a request.
If access is administered by a school, certain requests may need to be coordinated with the relevant school or educational institution.
8. Payments
MyNextLearn does not directly store complete debit-card, credit-card, or bank-account details.
We may retain limited payment information, including payment confirmation, payment amount, payment date, invoice details, and transaction-reference number, when necessary to verify a purchase, activate a subscription, resolve a payment issue, or meet financial and legal obligations.
For institutional subscriptions, we may retain quotations, invoices, purchase orders, payment records, and relevant contractual information.

MyNextLearn may use essential cookies and similar technologies to:
